There is also great relief when you take that beautiful deep breath of gratitude in your new home, knowing you are stating fresh and for all the right reasons, you are not running away from something but running towards something much greater.

4.       Anxiety

If we go back a couple of steps in the house moving process there could be some obstacles along the way that could trigger your anxiety, take some deep breaths, and remind yourself that you are in control, it will always be within your control.

5.       Stress

If you feel as if though everything is piling up and you no linger have enough time, take a step back and re-focus, you will often find that one skipped step can often cause a domino effect of stress in other areas that would affect the process of moving. Make a to-do-list and the deadline for each task to make sure you are on track This will help you remain focused on what truly needs to be done and what is most urgent.

6.       Sadness

The memories were too good to let go of at your previous home, if you are moving by yourself you might feel alone, you might feel sad moving to a place where you do not know anyone and now you must make friends again. If you are moving for personal reasons that tied, you to your previous home then it might feel like a part of you is being left behind. Allow yourself the space to go through the emotions, allow yourself to process the sadness and remind yourself of the amazing memories you are going to be making, allow yourself the freedom to start again.
